Coenzyme Q10 supplementation for Fighters: Yes or No?

Supplement if: If you box (and you do long, long rounds). For other sports that consist of high intensity activities like MMA or Muay Thai, you might not see the benefits due to the primarily anaerobic nature of these sports.

Don’t supplement if:  You are not competing and you are not engaged in a fight sport where muscular fatigue is a factor…and budget is a concern.
